Get out and see the world in a whole new light! Meet other agents and create new friendships. Help the Resistance fight the Enlightened. Compared to Pokemon and other Niantic games, Ingress is combat orientated. That said, you can also take part in non-combat ways with field art or just explore!

The WA Resistance,(WAR) community values social aspects of the game and fair play. We "Smurfs" are all about teamwork and fun. Check our Telegram chats for social events.

WAR values fair play. Fair play makes the game more enjoyable for all and ensures everyone is on a level playing field. You will be removed from the community and possibly reported if you:

Falsify position (GPS Spoofing);
Run more than one account;
Trespass; or
Break the Terms of Service.

Who are the #Resistance?

A mysterious energy has been unearthed by a team of scientists in Europe. The origin and purpose of this force is unknown, but some researchers believe it is influencing the way we think. We must control it or it will control us.
Since 2012, a new war has broken out: the enlightened ones try with all their might to use an unknown energy source, without knowing the negative impact it has. We are the resistance and we will prevent them from continuing to do experiments with the human population.

The Western Australian #Ingress Players are organized through Telegram (primary mechanism) and Discord (secondary). In our community you get to know those whose names you've only read about in your scanner. Find out who lives and fights with you nearby. Socialize with new friends and experience #Ingress in a whole new dimension.
